Shipping - USA Orders (FREE on orders over $175.00)

Currently, we ship to Canada and all states within the USA. Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following payment authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. Our USA Shipping rates are:

International Orders (Flat Rate - $39.95) or (Free on orders over $350.00)

International orders will typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). However, it is not unlikely that there will be a customs fee imposed by your local government on any goods purchased outside of the country in which you reside. Please note that Hijab World is not responsible for any fees that may be imposed by your local government's customs agency, nor is Hijab World responsible for any delays that may occur due to this process.

*Please note that there is a $5.00 handling fee for all International orders to Canada and the US.

Hassle Free Returns/Exchanges

At Hijab World, we understand that there are many reasons why one may choose to return or exchange an item. As such, we want to make your return experience as pleasant as possible. Any customer wishing to return an item to Hijab World within 15 days of the purchase may do so by simply contacting us at Returns@HijabWorld.com. Once your email is received, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending the item(s) back to us. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. As such, we would appreciate any customer wishing to return or exchange an item to provide us with the following details:

1) The Order Number(s) related to the item(s) that you wish to return.

2) The Reason(s) why you wish to return the item(s).

3) Finally, what you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item(s), i.e. Store Credit, a different item (exchange), or refund.
